On the first day of the seventh month, I accompanied my cousin to attend the “New Year Acrobatic Show” at the Villa Zhuo town’s large red banner.

We arrived in time to secure seats for the performance, patiently waiting for it to begin. When the “performance has begun” announcement was made, we were immediately captivated.

The first act was a display of a monkey riding on the back of an old goat as it walked a tightrope. I watched in amazement as the old goat carried the monkey, step by step, along the rope. It was truly astounding! The following acts were even more thrilling. There were performances such as tightrope walking, jumping through rings of fire, tiger leaping, lion and tiger acrobatics, bear exercises, and aerial swinging. This “Ho Chinese New Year Acrobatic Festival” mainly showcased animal acts.

This “Ho Chinese New Year Acrobatic Performance” was truly enlightening!
